- Physically capable of assisting with patient positioning, equipment setup, and safe transport
- Willing and able to commit to a flexible 7-day rotating roster

Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.
1. Do you have experience working in an operating theatre environment, or are you willing to learning the necessary skills to become an effective Operating Assistant?
2. Are you able to work a flexible 7-day rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and across morning and afternoon shifts?
3. How do you demonstrate teamwork and communicate effectively with others, both verbally and in writing, in a healthcare setting?
4. Can you describe your manual handling abilities and your knowledge around infection control and prevention?
