About the Opportunity
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will function autonomously and collaboratively to deliver advanced nursing care. Your role is vital in providing patient-centred, evidence-based practice and supporting the multidisciplinary team. In this role you will:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and manage patients using advanced nursing knowledge and skills.
• Prescribe medications, order investigations, and initiate referrals as authorised under your scope of practice.
• Collaborate with medical, nursing, and allied health teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Provide specialist clinical leadership, mentoring and education to staff to enhance capability and knowledge.
• Develop and monitor measurable practice outcomes and maintain an approved scope of practice in line with NMBA standards.

About You
We are looking for someone who has:
• Current AHPRA registration and NMBA endorsement to practise as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Demonstrated advanced clinical leadership skills and experience in practice development.
• Ability to independently assess, investigate, and manage patient care at an advanced level.
• Proven commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships.
