About the role
Play a key role in supporting the advancement of nursing strategy and professional practice across Western NSW. As the Nurse Manager – Nursing Strategy Integration Lead, you will help strengthen governance for advanced practice roles, assist in aligning district-wide nursing initiatives, and work closely with senior nursing leadership to ensure safe, contemporary models of care.
This position supports complex projects, enables collaboration across facilities, and contributes to building capability within a diverse rural workforce.
