NSLHD - Oral Health Service - Dental Officer Level 2 - Royal North Shore Hospital (Apply via eCredential)

1. Bachelor of Dental Surgery or equivalent. Currently registered or eligible for registration with the Dental Board of Australia and the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
2. Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them
3. A minimum of five years (full time equivalent) clinical experience as a dentist in Australia encompassing all areas of general dentistry
4. Proven record of exercising independent professional judgement on routine matters of general dentistry
5. Demonstrated ability in identifying opportunities for improvement in clinical practice, develop and lead ongoing quality improvement activities with staff
6. Proven record of providing clinical supervision and support to junior dental officers, technical and support staff
7. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary clinical team
8. Current Drivers Licence, Class C
