This position is responsible for providing high level advice to senior management including preparation and monitoring of budgets, compliance and auditing to ensure efficiency and best practice in all aspects of medical staff management for the Mental Health Service. 

There will be a particular emphasis on the development of strategies to improve recruitment and retention practices within the Mental Health Service and to ensure effective contract management , personnel administration (including records management), rostering, leave management and the provision of advice on related policy, awards, agreements, practice and legislation.
