What you'll be doing
As a Medical Receptionist in the Medical Imaging Department, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations and a positive patient experience. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will support the delivery of high-quality imaging services. Key responsibilities will be to:
Provide courteous and efficient front-desk and phone support to patients and staff
Manage bookings, invoicing, banking, and medical report typing
Coordinate clinic schedules and ensure timely patient flow
Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with discretion
Support revenue collection and reporting in line with NSW Health policies

Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated clerical experience in a customer service role, particularly in Health
Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a team and exchange information to contribute to the coordination of work between staff and/or areas
Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise own work taking into account the impact on others to achieve results to meet deadlines
Competent to use a wide range of computer hardware, software and electronic systems to complete work activities
Demonstrated ability work independently or in a multicultural environment
Demonstrated ability to adapt to work practices meet service requirement needs
