What you'll be doing
Provide relevant and accurate analysis of current and proposed information systems, projects, policies and procedures to support the delivery of IT projects and services across WSLHD.
- Extensive business analysis experience in gathering user requirements, defining user stories, prioritising user stories, defining non-functional requirements, defining data models, providing input to running solution design sessions and future state models.
- Functional understanding of application architectures in the Health domain and demonstrated experience to undertake business analysis across clinical, corporate and business intelligence environments.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying assumptions, constraints, dependencies and risks.
- Demonstrated experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing life cycle.
- Demonstrated experience in liaising effectively and working collaboratively with a range of business stakeholders, to facilitate cooperation and support in achieving outcomes and to establish and maintain strong effective working relationships.
- Proven experience in operating in a multi-vendor, multi technical teams/departments and facilitating cooperative and quality outcomes/deliverables.
- Excellent oral, written communication skills and presentation skills with ability to conduct presentations comfortably to executive, stakeholders and large groups.
- International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) qualifications or equivalent, with extensive experience within the public sector in similar roles.
