Health Professional - Admin (REQ49322)

• Recent practical work experience in a large, diverse, client focused, human resources environment with an emphasis on providing end-to-end recruitment services and/or tertiary qualifications in a relevant area or progression towards the same.
• Proven effectiveness in the provision of accurate, sound and informative advice to staff and managers utilising and interpreting policies, procedures, legislative instruments and/or public sector practices.
• Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to proactively prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
• Proven engagement, collaboration and customer service skills, with the capability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Sound problem solving skills and forward thinking approach including the ability to analyse and interpret information, use strong written communication skills to prepare correspondence/reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused human resource solutions.
• Strong computer skills particularly with Microsoft Office applications, an online Recruitment system and with a Human Resources Information System.
• Proven capacity to contribute to human resource projects and support implementation through teamwork and collaboration.
