The Role
We’re on the lookout for Health and Security Assistants to join our hospital team. This role is all about supporting patients while keeping our hospital safe. You’ll work alongside a friendly, experienced team and receive guidance and training every step of the way.

What You'll Do
In this role, you’ll support nurses by helping with moving and lifting patients, while also keeping the hospital running smoothly through porting and cleaning duties. You’ll respond to alarms and incidents to maintain a safe environment, making sure that patients, visitors, and staff always feel supported and secure.
What We're Looking For
Strong communication skills with the ability to calm and de-escalate challenging situations
A team player who can also work independently
Knowledge of cleaning and security practices
Essential: Current 1A Security Licence & First Aid Certificate
