The GM of IHG will be responsible for the operational performance of four hospitals and have a key role in the development in the new Shellharbour hospital. As the GM:
- How do you ensure that a key focus remains on the delivery of high quality, consistent patient care during a period a significant growth and change in a large, complex environment?
- Please outline how you will ensure there is a culture of engagement, accountability and support that will enable your team to work on their priorities and collaborate each other to achieve their objectives. How have you achieved this in your current or prior work environments?
Essential Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience.
This is an ongoing, full time, Band 1, Health Service Senior Executive (HSSE) role. An attractive remuneration package within the range of $234,837 to $258,940 per annum, with annual performance reviews, will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
