A degree in Health Information Management, Information Technology, Nursing, Allied Health, Medical or Applied Science or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience

Demonstrated experience in development and management of Cerner Millennium HL7 interfaces in the hospital or laboratory setting used by multiple internal and external parties, including understanding the impact of system interruption on end users and stakeholders

Demonstrated understanding of Cerner core concepts and how they relate to complex clinical information and interface requirements within an acute care environment

Demonstrated ability to analyse, troubleshoot, solve problems, establish priorities effectively in the application of CAPA (corrective action / preventative action) and liaison with internal and external parties to resolve issues

Demonstrated experience in providing Cerner application support and an understanding of application support methodologies including the development of documentation, policies and procedures, test scripts and scenarios

Demonstrated experience in working with internal and external stakeholders to determine, design, configure, test and implement end-to-end integration workflows

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to explain thought processes

Demonstrated ability to work as an individual as well as harmoniously within a team, sharing information and responsibilities

An exemption to the Public Health Order requirements will only be considered if you are unable, due to a medical contraindication, to be vaccinated against COVID-19.
