1. Do you have Certificate IV or III in Allied Health assistance (Nutrition and Dietetic support) OR relevant qualifications OR minimum 12 months full time experience as Dietitian assistant with commitment to undertake Certificate IV in AHA within 12 months period of employment? Please ensure to attach copies of all relevant qualifications with your application
2. Can you describe how you apply your knowledge of nutrition and therapeutic diets when supporting patient meal selections or dietary needs?
3. How do you ensure effective communication with patients and staff especially when managing dietary preferences or restrictions?
4. Describe your experience in using CBORD or tablets for menu selections. Give an example on how you were able to assist patient meeting dietary requirements with menu selection process.
