- A degree in Science from an approved university or college of advanced education requiring a minimum of three years full-time study.
- Demonstrated practical experience in the field of pathology, haematology or blood/ tissue banking, preferably in a TGA-licensed or NATA-accredited laboratory.
- Excellent demonstrated communication skills (written and verbal).
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of the principles of Good Manufacturing Practice.
- Experience with database applications.
