  2. Relevant qualifications or experience in procurement, contract management and understanding of the contract lifecycle.
  3. Understanding of salary packaging is desirable but not essential.
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong negotiation skills, demonstrated through influencing internal stakeholders and external parties to make change alongside experience managing service complaints to achieve positive customer outcomes.
  5. Advanced knowledge and practical skills in using the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, and experience with using Oracle/Stafflink.
  6. Demonstrated experience managing service complaints resulting in customer satisfaction.
  7. Highly developed written communication skills with demonstrated experience in writing reports and communications to a wide range of audiences.
  8. Demonstrated experience in contract management and understanding of the contract lifecycle.
