What you'll be doing:

Selection Criteria:

 

  1. Full Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA), with Endorsement in Clinical Neuropsychology or Clinical Psychology (or eligibility to progress to same), along with a minimum two-year full-time APAC-accredited postgraduate Masters or doctorate degree in Neuropsychology, Psychology or Educational and Developmental Psychology.
  2. Extensive experience in psychometric and developmental assessment of children aged 3 to 6 years.
  3. Experience in diagnosing and managing children with autism spectrum disorders.
  4. Experience working with young people with developmental disabilities and their families within a family­ centred approach.
  5. Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary work environment.
  6. Ability to provide in-depth advice and education to enhance service delivery and to guide and support others in providing service excellence, with the capacity to provide clinical supervision to other staff.
  7. Demonstrated experience in and commitment to quality improvement and research.
  8. Current drivers licence (or a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position).
