What you'll be doing
The Clinical Nurse Educator provides clinical education and training to promote competence of nursing staff.
- Holds current registration with the Australian Health Practioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse Division 1 and current drivers licence.
- Recent oncology / haematology experience at an advanced level.
- Demonstrated experience delivering education and understanding of learning and assessment principles. Relevant clinical or education post registration qualifications or equivalent education and clinical experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skill using technology appropriate to the clinical area.
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
- Demonstrated understanding of how the District is Caring for the Coast and how this role would contribute.
