The Illawarra Transitional Aged Care Service (ITACS) is looking for an experienced Allied Health Assistant to join the large, dynamic and quality-focused service.

ITACS is a multidisciplinary team that provides therapy to aged clients in the community, participating in the Transitional Aged Care Program. The successful Allied Health Assistant will assist Allied Health Professionals to provide interventions in line with a goal-based, patient centered program. This includes collaboration with numerous disciplines across the spectrum of Allied Health.  

The preferred applicant will have desirable characteristics of being a team player, keen to support quality improvement initiatives, have a strong understanding in scope of practice and have experience in wellbeing activities. Completion of the AHA Certificate IV qualification is also preferred.
