  1. Demonstrated customer service skills and experience.
  2. Demonstrated sound interpersonal, communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
  3. Demonstrated experience providing high level administrative services with a high level of written and oral communication skills.
  4. Demonstrated computer/data entry skills, specifically with MS office products in particular Microsoft Word, Teams, Excel, email and internet-based applications and databases.
  5. Ability to exercise basic problem solving skills using reference to established methods and procedures.
  6. Proven ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team, with minimal supervision.
  7. Current valid Australian Driver’s licence and the ability to travel across CCLHD.
  8. Demonstrated understanding of how the District is Caring for the Coast and how this role would contribute.
