What you'll be doing
The Implementation Project Officer will contribute to the
development of and implementation of strategic change management projects that will improve the level and quality of health services delivery in Local Health Districts (LHD) and Hospitals across NSW.
The Implementation Project Officer will work collaboratively with ACI Clinical Networks, LHD managers and clinicians to facilitate the contribution of key internal and external stakeholders in the innovation of new programs, frameworks and Models of Care across the state.
This position will undertake the full role of project management activities including project planning, stakeholder negotiation, and milestone reporting.
The position will provide advice on the development and implementation of health service delivery improvement projects.

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated relevant industry experience
- Demonstrated experience in project management and the implementation of projects, frameworks and/or initiatives
- Proven ability to manage and support multidisciplinary teams
- High level skills in conceptual and systemic thinking on the successful application of innovative approaches
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex information rapidly and accurately
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and negotiate change and improvement initiatives with senior clinicians and executives.
- High level verbal and written communications, interpersonal and negotiation skills
