Selection Criteria
- Aboriginality – being an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person is a requirement for this position.
- Be enrolled in a first undergraduate allied health degree.
- Be an Australian resident.
- Demonstrated ability to work under supervision and provide safe compassionate quality care that is culturally responsive.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with a wired range of stakeholders, including patients/ consumers, carers and the multidisciplinary health care team.
- An understanding of scope of practice and demonstrated ability to work within scope boundaries.
