What you'll be doing
This position ensures the Anti Bullying Advice Line provides confidential, consistent and objective advice on the policies and procedures for managing a bullying complaint for all NSW Health employees.
- Relevant experience and/or relevant qualifications in a similar field or industry.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals, perform and always work with a customer focused approach.
- Strong customer service skills with a focused and responsive approach.
- Proven effectiveness as a team player including a flexible, self motivated approach to work and a capacity to participate in, and manage a team.
