The Service Quality Manager will lead and manage the continuous service improvement, quality, risk management and governance practices within the Employee Services to drive sustainable improvements and service integration and ensure that all systems and processes comply with all legislation, statutory requirements and award conditions to minimise and mitigate risks within the shared service environment.
