Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative role.
- Demonstrated experience in word processing, data entry Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written and the ability to liaise effectively with senior personnel, departmental managers, staff and visitors.
- Capacity to work flexibly and efficiently with a multidisciplinary team with superior customer service skills.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with ability to manage several projects concurrently.
- Intermediate knowledge and understanding of medical terminology.
- Ability to work 24 hours 7 day rotating roster.
