About the Opportunity
The Primary and Community Health General Managers Unit is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Administration Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support

As the Administration Support Officer, you will maintain confidentiality, have high attention to detail, excellent organisational and time management skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability work within an adaptable environment.

 

What You'll be Doing
The Administration Support Officer will be primarily responsible for providing high-level support to Primary & Community Health’s General Managers Unit. The position requires flexibility in the provision of administrative, clerical and secretarial support at an executive level.

  1. Demonstrated experience in providing high-level administrative support.
  2. Demonstrated initiative, problem solving skills and the ability to source, co-ordinate and collate information.
  3. Demonstrated organisational and time management skills including the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
  4. High level interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
