Selection Criteria
- Ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks in a demanding work environment.
- Experience in responding to a range of enquiries and determining the appropriate response.
- Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels.
- Ability to improve to contribute to improvements in administrative practices and procedures.
- Ability to use computer hardware, software applications, including database software, and electronic systems at a basic level.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in performing routine administrative tasks and ability to work as part of team.
- Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
