  1. Holds or is willing to undertake a Certificate III in Health Administration or equivalent.
  2. Previous experience in a hospital setting.
  3. Excellent communication skills including accurate spelling, good comprehension, confidence in the spoken word and ability to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels.
  4. Demonstrated experience in word processing, spreadsheet and database software.
  5. Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  6. Capacity to work under broad supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high pressure, high volume work environment.
  7. Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them.
