Service Reform Lead, HSM 3 - Priority Populations
- Significant experience in developing, implementing, analysing and evaluating policy and project implementation in a multi-disciplinary environment.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and quality improvement in a health setting.
- Demonstrated experience in developing multi-agency collaboration with Human Service agencies in the NSW Government sector
- Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience with demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Demonstrated experience in change management, including innovation and delivering better patient outcomes for vulnerable and diverse populations.
- Demonstrated ability to be self-directed and prioritise work within an environment of competing priorities and to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated skill in the analysis of complex issues, problem solving, formulating new approaches and implementing comprehensive change programs and improvement strategies, including the ability to develop and monitor outcomes
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills with high level influencing, negotiation and facilitation skills and commitment to delivering organisational change, including demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with clinical staff and other key stakeholders.
