Mental Health Service Redesign and Reform Manager
- Significant experience in developing, implementing, analysing and evaluating policy and project implementation in a multi-disciplinary environment.
- Demonstrated experience in developing multi-agency collaboration with Human Service agencies in the NSW Government sector
- Demonstrated high-level skills and experience in managing all aspects of policy research, development, review and evaluation.
- Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience with demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- xcellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrated self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision and use initiative
- Demonstrated skill in the analysis of complex issues, problem solving, formulating new approaches and implementing comprehensive change programs and improvement strategies, including the ability to develop and monitor outcomes.

Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
