What you'll be doing
Provide leadership to a team working in a consistently high volume and multifaceted environment, providing professional guidance and support to build internal capability to support a customer focused, value add HR Service.
Provide expert advice and support for the management of workforce systems and functions to support the efficient and effective service delivery for NSW Health Pathology.
Lead and develop a people-focused recruitment function to attract the RITE talent to meet the current and future needs of NSW Health Pathology.

Lead and develop a people-focused recruitment function to attract the RITE talent to meet the current and future needs of NSW Health Pathology.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in Human Resource management/recruitment and workforce services with a customer-centred focus.
- Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret information, solve problems creatively and achieve business focused HR solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and up-skill a team working in a high volume, multifaceted demanding environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the health service industry and an ability to apply that knowledge in the context of workforce systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills in communication, negotiation and conflict resolution with the proven ability to liaise, collaborate and negotiate with a range of stakeholders.
- Proven experience in managing and incorporating change processes to achieve efficiencies and provide improved outcomes.
- Current unencumbered NSW Driver's License and the willingness to travel as required.
