- Holds a Bachelor of Science Degree or qualifications or competencies deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Extensive experience in Cardiology with ECG, Holter Monitoring, Stress Testing, Tilt Table Testing, Pacemaker/Defibrillator follow up and Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot Cardiac equipment and haemodynamic/physiologic/programs.
- Ability to assist the Chief Cardiac Physiologist and deputise in the role as required.
- Cardiac Laboratory skills including physiological measurements/haemodynamic monitoring and is able to participate in rotational on-call for urgent coronary angiography.
- Demonstrated computer knowledge and data processing including the uploading of information to servers/Medical Systems, the running of reports for statistical and billing purposes and the ability to learn Payroll processes.
- Effective and professional communication skills.
