What you'll be doing
The Employee Services Team Leader has a key role in the allocation of work across the recruitment, establishment and transaction teams within Employee Services ensuring policies and procedures compliance and key performance indicators are met.
In consultation with Employee Services Management, the Team Leader will assist in the onboarding and training of new staff within the team.

- Organisational skills with a proven capacity to manage concurrent activities of a diverse nature whilst maintaining an acute attention to detail and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience including training staff and development of training materials.
- Ability to interpret, apply and communicate relevant legislation, regulations, policy and procedures and Ability to adapt to change, work proactively to seek improvements to work practices and contribute positively to implement changes.
- Excellent written and oral communication with demonstrated interpersonal, relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated initiative and the ability to bring a creative approach to problem solving with a commitment to providing a quality service and improvement initiatives.
