Selection Criteria
- MBBS or equivalent, currently registered or eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia. Applicants must have Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) or recognition as a specialist by the Medical Board of Australia.
- Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them.
- Appropriate experience to practice as a Senior Medical Practitioner in Endocrinology
- Training and/or experience in providing medical leadership and clinical input to a osteoporosis re-fracture prevention service in accordance relevant NSW Health guidance
- Evidence of effective leadership and collaborative work within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Demonstrated commitment to supervision and teaching of prevocational and vocational trainees
- Evidence of and commitment to quality improvement methodologies
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills
