Environmental Services Supervisor

3. Demonstrated ability to supervise a team including ability to lead, motivate, train and mentor staff
4. Ability to allocate and prioritise tasks in a fast-pace environment with competing priorities and demands
5. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people including those from different occupational groups and from culturally diverse backgrounds
6. Demonstrated experience with rostering, monitoring and recording attendance
7. Knowledge of current industry standards relating to Environmental Services and staff supervision and the ability to apply them in the workplace
