Environmental Services Supervisor

- Relevant qualification and/or demonstrated relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to supervise a team including ability to lead, motivate, train and mentor staff
- Ability to allocate and prioritise tasks in a fast-pace environment with competing priorities and demands
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people including those from different occupational groups and from culturally diverse backgrounds
- Demonstrated experience with rostering, monitoring and recording attendance
- Knowledge of current industry standards relating to Environmental Services and staff supervision and the ability to apply them in the workplace
