An exciting leadership opportunity exists to lead and mentor a team of Youth Health Promotion Consultants within the Social Wellbeing Team, Population Health Promotion at NSLHD.

What you'll be doing
The Bookings System Administrator will be responsible for the centralised organisation of all booking systems and related administrative tasks for the Healthy Lifestyle program and other related projects, in the Active Ageing portfolio of the Health Promotion Service.
Key duties, in this role, include administration and support of a web-based participant management system, enrolment, participant payments, record keeping, and communication required to maintain a revenue-based exercise program.
The NSLHD Active Ageing program aims to promote physical activity and active living for those aged 50 years and over to reduce the risk and burden of chronic disease and falls/falls-related injury. The Healthy Lifestyle program, the largest project in the portfolio, is a revenue-based group format exercise program for older adults living in the community.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency in large database management, including in financial management in an enrolment booking system environment (such as WebCAS online booking system) including evaluation of new methods and technology.
- Demonstrated high-level communication skills including interpersonal, written, and verbal communication, including supporting vulnerable families, competency in conflict resolution and empathetic customer complaint management. Demonstrated ability to bring a creative approach to problem solving and conflict resolution.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, be self-motivated and to also work collaboratively in a team environment.
