NSLHD - Administration Officer, Mental Health Drug & Alcohol (MHDA). Looking for a rewarding career in health administration? What you'll be doing
As an Administration Officer, you will provide high level administrative support to the Director of Nursing MHDA and/or delegate.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Proven ability to deliver high-level secretarial and administrative support, including efficiently managing complex diaries, co-ordinating appointment schedules, and providing comprehensive administrative assistance for committee meetings as assigned by managers.
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise a demanding workload in a high volume work area with well- developed typing skills with high level accuracy and ability to coordinate, organise and extensive minutes taking experience.
Demonstrated high level interpersonal, written, electronic, verbal and telephone communication skills and experience in liaison and high-level negotiation skills at all levels of the organisation with a wide range of stakeholders.
