What you'll be doing
The Administration Officer is a position in the Northern Sydney LHD Child & Youth Mental Health Service (CYMHS). The position will work with Chatswood OR Brookvale headspace office as part of the NSLHD CYMHS service and youth mental health initiative team. This position will provide comprehensive and efficient administrative and customer support to the CYMHS Headspace Youth Health Initiative team in line with the department's clinical and operational goals. The Administration Officer role will be closely linked with and supported by NSLHD’s broader administration department with opportunities for and access to training, development, and support.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Organisational and time management skills: using task prioritisation to effectively complete all tasks within required timeframes.
- Advanced Computer Skills: High-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and data entry systems, with the ability to efficiently manage and organize information.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality, handle inquiries professionally, and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Team-Oriented and Flexible: A proven team player who is adaptable, motivated, and able to work well within a collaborative environment, following protocols and maintaining a flexible approach to changing priorities.
