1.    Describe two examples of how you have organised your work and that of a  team to meet critical deadlines that cannot be moved, including how you prioritise work, and what you do when issues have arisen impacting on meeting deadlines..

2.    Describe two occasions when you have improved team or a team member s performance. Describe were the challenges, how  you addressed them and how  you measured improvement?
