1) Provide an example of where you have been required to give policy advice on a contentious issue and describe how you ensured the advice was appropriate.
2) Working at the Ministry requires teams to balance core, policy and project work with what can be daily ad-hoc requests and changes in priority. How do you manage competing work requirements and balance established work with ad-hoc and new priorities? If possible, please provide an example of your approach in practice.
