Describe a situation when you were able to strengthen a relationship by effectively communicating with multiple staff within a complex health organisation? What made your communication effective?

Provide an example of your experience managing multiple administrative tasks with competing deadlines and outline the challenges this presented including what you did to meet the deadlines.
