Executive Director, Centre for Population Health
The role
This role will suit you if you have:
- Extensive experience understanding and applying contemporary national and international population health policy concepts and strategies
- A deep understanding of Aboriginal health issues within contemporary society and experience working within Aboriginal organisations and communities
- A deep understanding of national and state health systems
Your proactive contribution to the successful engagement of key internal and external stakeholders in the development, implementation and monitoring of population health policies, programs and initiatives is the core of the role.
The role also requires someone with impactful and nuanced executive stakeholder management, and proven management experience in the context of developing policy, legislation and regulation and in program design, implementation and evaluation.
This is an ongoing, full time, Band 2, Public Service senior executive (PSSE) role. An attractive remuneration package within the range of $282,013 to $317,458 per annum, with annual performance reviews, will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
