ISLHD- Registered Nurse - Child & Family Youth Health

1. Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with paediatric and/or child and family postgraduate qualifications or equivalent experience.
2. Demonstrated understanding of the needs of children and young people in OOHC and the impact of abuse and trauma on children and Young People.
3. Demonstrated knowledge of case management principles and experience working within a multi disciplinary, multi agency frame work and the ability to network and liaise with a variety of agencies.
4. Demonstrated understanding of evidence based practice and critical thinking.
5. Demonstrated commitment to person centred care and NSW Health Core Values.
6. Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills.
7. Computer literacy and understanding of relevant health related information systems.
