What you'll be doing
In this senior physiotherapy role, you will operate with a high level of clinical autonomy while contributing to service leadership and development at the facility level.
Deliver advanced physiotherapy assessment and treatment to patients with complex needs
Apply expert clinical reasoning while managing competing priorities in a high‑volume environment
Lead and contribute to quality improvement, service evaluation and clinical governance initiatives
Supervise, mentor and support junior physiotherapists and students on clinical placement
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, patients and carers to optimise outcomes

Essential Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy
Current General Physiotherapy Registration under AHPRA.
Selection Criteria
Significant clinical experience in Physiotherapy, with experience in
Demonstrated experience in clinical supervision and teaching of staff and students.
Demonstrated experience in the development of clinical physiotherapy policies and procedures and/or guidelines.
Demonstrated effective written & verbal communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
Effective time management skills.
Demonstrated commitment to professional development and knowledge of Quality Improvement & Evidenced Based Practice.
Demonstrated experience in staff supervision and teaching and clinical supervision and teaching of undergraduate/graduate entry level students.
