About the role
As the Nursing Unit Manager, you will be responsible for the Rehabilitation Ward at Bathurst Health Service, providing leadership and management of staff to ensure the delivery of safe, effective and quality nursing care.

You will be managing and supervising staff and clinical nursing practice with a focus on optimal patient outcomes and professional growth for staff. Other duties include case management, treatment planning, recruitment budgeting, scheduling, mentoring, and developing educational plans.
