About the role
As the Nurse Unit Manager for Ambulatory Care, you will join a dynamic and supportive multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will oversee the Ambulatory Care Unit, Hospital in the Home (HITH), Community Acute Post Acute Care (CAPAC), Community Nursing, and Sofala/Hill End Outreach Nursing services.

You will provide strong leadership and effective management of staff, services, and resources to ensure the delivery of safe, high quality nursing care. A key focus of the role will be driving the continued growth and development of the HITH service.
