Lead a high‑performing Respiratory Ward and specialised Acute NIV service, driving excellence in clinical care, team leadership, and service improvement within a complex acute care environment.
In this role, you will:
- Provide operational and strategic leadership across a busy, high‑acuity respiratory inpatient unit.
- Oversee clinical governance and safety standards, including the delivery of acute NIV care.
- Lead, mentor and support multidisciplinary teams to enhance capability, engagement and performance.
- Drive service innovation, quality improvement and resource optimisation to achieve outstanding outcomes.
- Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with SWSLHD values and the vision for compassionate, patient‑centred care.
