Wyong Hospital is something genuinely different.

It's a community-focused regional hospital where people actually know each other, where teams back each other through the tough shifts, celebrate the wins, and take real pride in the care they deliver together. If you've ever worked somewhere that felt more like a revolving door than a community, Wyong will feel like a breath of fresh air.

As a 300+ bed hospital on the NSW Central Coast, we offer the warmth of a close-knit team alongside the capability and growth of a modern acute service. Our nursing leaders are visible, approachable and genuinely invested in your development, not just as a clinician, but as a person.

And we've made it easy to find your place with us. Under our centralised model, you only need to apply once. Tell us about your clinical experience and where you'd love to work, and we'll do the rest matching you to the right role and team.

If you're looking for a workplace where your contribution is noticed, your growth is supported, and the people around you actually have your back, you've found it.
