- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent demonstrated relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrate high level oral communication, interpersonal and consultation skills with an ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders and work collaboratively in teams.
- Demonstrated ability to provide Secretariat Duties, prepare agendas and minutes, issue meeting papers within required timeframes and monitor actions.
- Demonstrate high level written communication, including the ability to draft briefs, letters, emails and reports.
- Demonstrate highly developed organisational skills and the ability to successfully manage competing issues and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of project management methodologies, and demonstrated experience in project coordination including developing and administering project plans.
- Demonstrate strong customer focus, problem solving, analytical and evaluation skills.
- Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills with applications eg: Microsoft Office Suite, Business Applications and Tools including records management and other information management systems with an aptitude to learn new systems.
