What you'll be doing

This Master Data and Site Support Analyst's position supports master data and parameters managements. Providing timely and effective support with Business Process team in order to ensure data quality, compliance and operating procedures. Ensure accurate data is available in right form and frequency to support relevant business processes.

  • Experience in managing master data in a large and complex/diverse service industry organisation, including relevant qualifications or equivalent. This includes sound knowledge and practical experience in quantitative disciplines such as maths/stats or similar, working with complex data sets and maintaining data integrity.
  • Proven ability to build complex excel spreadsheets for financial or operational modelling, hands on experience of SQL, and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and/or macros, and use of relational and/or graph databases whilst manipulating large complex datasets.
  • Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyse, modelling, and interpret information, prepare written reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
  • Proven ability to work independently, recognising when issues need to be escalated to managers.
  • Proven engagement, collaboration and negotiation skills with the capability to build, maintain and use relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proven capacity to contribute to and implement supply chain initiatives, including the capability to plan, manage change, improve performance and project manage.
