What you'll be doing
The position will provide a broad range of salary packaging advice and services in relation to package administration, processing and calculations in addition to promotional and marketing services to health services staff.
- Ability to operate in a small team with a flexible, self motivated approach to work and capacity to perform at high level
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Demonstrated experience in providing an advisory service to customers with the ability to deliver presentations and other promotional activities
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a proven capacity to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Significant experience in Microsoft Office applications, database applications and computerised HRIS such as Oracle
- Excellent understanding of the concepts of salary packaging within the NSW Public Health System and relevant taxation legislation.
