What you'll be doing
The Project Lead handles coordinating the review and alignment of business processes specific to the EnableNSW Equipment Centre (EEC) to support implementation of a new EnableNSW ICT System (EIS). The role will work closely with the Senior Project Officer, Business Alignment ensuring current EEC processes are aligned while also considering the impact of planned EnableNSW strategic initiatives such as the integration of Local Health District Equipment Loan Pools.
The Project Lead will also be responsible for leading EEC specific projects such as Warehouse Optimisation and other projects as required.
The position requires a high level of stakeholder engagement and management across EnableNSW and will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from the EEC and other Enable business streams as required.

What you'll be doing

- Well-developed analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret information from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis and reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
- Strong ability in business process mapping and identification of process improvement opportunities.
- Extensive experience in managing small to medium projects in a large and complex service industry organisation, including relevant project management qualifications or equivalent. This includes extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and Visio or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience managing and overseeing key aspects of projects management and implementation, including developing and monitoring project plans, coordinating resources, reporting, issue and risk management and managing budgets.
- Proven abilities to develop and implement initiatives, including the capability to plan, manage change, improve performance and project manage.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with proven capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals, perform and always work with a customer focused approach.
- Well-developed interpersonal and influencing skills with previous experience engaging, collaborating and influencing key stakeholders and customers to influence and achieve optimal business outcomes.
